Bravo is teasing the new era of Vanderpump Rules!
In a new promo, Lisa Vanderpump walks through her West Hollywood restaurant SUR and hangs up a “Help Wanted” sign outside the establishment.
“The faces may have changed, but my rules they’ve stayed the same,” Lisa, 64, says in the teaser before winking at the camera.
Keep reading to find out more…The teaser then ends with “It’s time for a shift” written across the screen, before revealing that season 12 is “coming soon.”
After season 11 aired, it was announced in November 2024 that Bravo had decided to revamp the show with an entirely new cast.
With Ariana Madix, Scheana Shay, Tom Sandoval, Katie Maloney, James Kennedy, Tom Schwartz, and Lala Kent all being let go, Lisa is the only star returning for season 12.
“The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary run full of laughter, tears and everything in between,” Lisa said at the time. “I can’t thank enough those who have shared their lives. How I love you all. In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation of Vanderpump Rules.”
