The Pitt season two is currently in production, and though we’re still about five months away from the show’s return, we already have first look photos and a teaser trailer!
The first look photos show a lot of the season one cast back together, including Noah Wyle (Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch), Patrick Ball (Dr. Langdon), Katherine LaNasa (Nurse Dana Evans), Supriya Ganesh (Dr. Mohan), Fiona Dourif (Dr. McKay), Taylor Dearden (Dr. King), Isa Briones (Dr. Santos), Gerran Howell (Whitaker), and Shabana Azeez (Javadi).
We’re also getting our first look at new star Sepideh Moafi, who joined in the role of Dr. Al-Hashimi for season 2.

The new season is expected to focus on 1 ER shift over July 4 weekend, and will debut on HBO Max in January of 2026.
Unfortunately, 2 actors from season 1 won’t be returning for The Pitt season 2 when it returns with new episodes.
