James Norton is the latest star to join the cast of the upcoming The Beatles movies!
On Tuesday (October 14), Variety announced that the 40-year-old English actor will be playing Brian Epstein, the manager of the iconic rock band, in the upcoming four-part musical biopic by director Sam Mendes.
Keep reading to find out more…Brian, who was often considered to be the fifth member of The Beatles, first met the guys in 1961 and helped propel them into a global phenomenon. He was with the group until he died at the age of 42 from a drug overdose in 1967.
James is best known for his roles in Happy Valley, War & Peace, Little Women, and House of Guinness.
The upcoming movies, titled The Beatles — A Four-Film Cinematic Event, stars Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, Harrison Dickinson as John Lennon, Barry Keoghan as Ringo Starr, and Joseph Quinn as George Harrison.
