Sia‘s ex-husband Dan Bernard is requesting spousal support.

Per the site, Dan, who is a radiation oncologist, has requested $250,856 a month in spousal support in order to maintain the “luxurious and upper-class lifestyle” they lived during their relationship. According to his filing, this also included frequent splurges on upscale dining, lavish vacations and more.
In the docs, Dan reveals he is currently not working and has no income, alleging that Sia cut off funding for their Modern Medicine clinic in April, adding that his board certification in radiation oncology is inactive and would require “several years of training” to renew.
“Orders are necessary at this time because I am financially dependent on Sia,” he says, adding that she was “the breadwinner in our marriage” who “has the ability to pay me spousal support to maintain our financial status quo.”
Not only is Dan seeking spousal support, he is asking that she pay $300,000 for his attorney’s fees, as well as $200,000 for his forensic accounting fees.
Dan‘s ask comes after Sia initially requested to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to her estranged husband when she filed for divorce from Dan in March 2025, citing irreconcilable differences.
They share a one-year child, Somersault Wonder Bernard, who Sia asked for legal and physical custody of, but was open to Dan having visitation rights.
