Sam Rivers has sadly passed away.

The Limp Bizkit bassist was announced to have died on Saturday (October 18) at the age of 48, with the band sharing a statement on social media.

“💔 In Loving Memory of Our Brother, Sam Rivers 💔 Today we lost our brother. Our bandmate. Our heartbeat,” the band shared on Instagram. “Sam Rivers wasn’t just our bass player — he was pure magic. The pulse beneath every song, the calm in the chaos, the soul in the sound.”
