Cabaret has proven to be a fruitful endeavor for a few stars of the Real Housewives franchise. And now Britani Bateman is asking, “What about me?!”

PEOPLE can exclusively announce that the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star will take the stage at 54 Below in New York City this winter for her very first cabaret show.

Fittingly titled What About Me: An Evening with Britani Bateman, the concert is set for Friday, Dec. 5, at 9:30 p.m.

Like the show’s moniker implies, Bravo fans can expect plenty of hilarious, self-deprecating references to Bateman’s time on RHOSLC. Even the show’s official description is riddled with jokes.

“Ting ting ting — an announcement: Britani Bateman is making her 54 Below debut!” it reads.

“Straight from Salt Lake City, join Britani as she takes center stage in an unforgettable evening that marks her bold next chapter: cabaret star. For one night only, this “friendly” high body count haired actress and vocal powerhouse will trade the drama of the screen for the intimacy of New York City’s most legendary cabaret room.”

But the reality personality will also be showing off her triple-threat theatrical talents, as she sings and dances through a songbook of musical theater hits.

“Expect dazzling vocals, dream roles brought to life, surprise guest appearances, some more announcements (plus maybe a reveal or two) as Britani shows the world exactly why everyone’s asking ‘What about her?’ ”

Back in August, PEOPLE caught up with Bateman as she rehearsed for the show at New York City’s Open Jar Studios.

She’s working with Steven Jamail, who will serve as the cabaret’s music director. He’s worked with theatrical greats like Lea Michele and Orfeh, and arranged music for Oprah, Rosie, Rachael Ray, HBO, and OWN.

“This cabaret feels like opening a new chapter,” Bateman says. “People know me from Housewives, but this show lets me step out of that world for a night and just be Britani — no snow, no drama, just fun. It’s a little scary, but mostly exciting to finally show people a side of me they’ve only gotten glimpses of before.”

“I’m pouring so much of myself into this show, and I can’t wait for everyone to feel that energy right along with me,” she added.

Bateman, 54, made her debut on RHOSLC as a Friend in season 5. She returned for season 6, which debuted on Sept. 16.

Prior to her turn on reality TV, Bateman racked up plenty of stage experience.

While getting her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Brigham Young University, Bateman toured with the Young Ambassadors, playing Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes. Post-graduation, she worked as a performer at Walt Disney World and Tokyo Disneyland before booking the second national tour of Miss Saigon.

Her move to the screen began in 2003, with a role in The R.M. opposite her Miss Saigon costar Will Swenson. She later starred alongside Tori Spelling in the 2012 ABC Family original movie, The Mistle-Tones.
