Former Bachelor winner Rachael Kirkconnell is getting really honest about her love life.
The 29-year-old reality star visited the Extra Dirty podcast for the October 16 episode and told host Hallie Batchelder that she feels like “a virgin again” because she hasn’t had sex in a long time.

During the season Rachael won The Bachelor, Matt James was the show’s lead and he chose Rachael in the end, though the pair left without getting engaged. They later broke up and then got back together and dated from 2021 until January 2025.
In the podcast episode, Rachael candidly admits she hasn’t had sex in years, since even before she and Matt broke up.
“I haven’t had sex way longer than you think. I’ll just put it that way,” she revealed, “It’s been years. Years. It has been so long.”
But since she’s gone so long without sexual intimacy, Rachael is prepared to wait for the right person now.
“That’s why I’m saying like I feel like a virgin again to where I don’t want to just give it up to anyone,. It’s like almost like I can’t just like hook up with someone random at this point because it’s been so long that I want it to be incredible.”
Rachael shared details on what happened between her and Matt earlier this year.
