Lady Eliza Spencer is getting married!
On Thursday (July 31), the 33-year-old model, who is the daughter of Victoria Aitken and Princess Diana‘s brother Earl Charles Spencer, announced that she is engaged to boyfriend Channing Millerd after years of dating.
“Forever and Ever,” Eliza wrote on Instagram along with photos of Channing down on one knee proposing to her as they vacationed in Santorini, Greece.
