In a Vogue France video, Paris Jackson went over her daily things and said something surprising about her hearing. Jackson was joined by her dachshund Kai who had traveled a lot together, and the singer and model rather explained the objects which had her stamp of personal approval, including tarot cards and specially-made ear protection, while also recalling her recording studio days as a child and the monster influence they had on her.

The most personal truth might have been prevailing when she displayed her custom-molded earbuds. Jackson stated that she has them with her always to shield her hearing in noisy places like, for instance, concerts and restaurants. The reason, she unwrapped, is rooted in her past experiences. “I grew up in studios,” Jackson said, her voice softened considerably. “My father would put me on like really next to the huge subwoofers and very loud speakers. And because of that, I have hearing loss that is above average for my age.
