New Details Revealed After ‘RHOP’ Star Wendy Osefo & Eddie Arrested for Fraud


New details have been revealed following Dr. Wendy Osefo‘s arrest.

On Friday morning (October 10), it was revealed that the 41-year-old Real Housewives of Potomac star and her husband Eddie Osefo were arrested on fraud charges the night before in Westminster, Maryland.

Wendy is facing 16 charges, including 7 felonies, for allegedly making false/misleading info fraud in excess of $300. She’s also facing one misdemeanor count of making a false statement to an officer.

Shortly after the news was reported, new details surrounding their arrests were revealed.

Keep reading to find out more…Police say that Wendy and Eddie reported a burglary in April 2024 and claimed that they found their bedroom ransacked after returning home from a trip to Jamaica, per TMZ.

According to to the prosecution’s bail recommendation documents, the couple reportedly told police that several designer bags and jewelry had been stolen. However, the Carroll County sheriff’s deputies allege Wendy was later seen wearing a diamond ring she reported stolen in a social media post.

Additionally, an investigation determined that numerous items that Wendy and Eddie claimed were stolen, had been purchased then returned to the store “where a full refund was provided prior to the alleged burglary.”

The documents indicate that the couple had claimed a $450,000 personal property loss to an insurance company.
