A road that would otherwise have been shut, Monique Samuels turned it into a playground for her family, and we are honestly obsessed with it. The reality star and mom of three took to Instagram with a sun-soaked photo of Monique and her kiddos enjoying some road closure that turned into a fantastic impromptu dance party. Streets gone empty for miles-it would be their very own runway with bits of greenery and safety barricades.
