Matt Lauria is stepping out to promote his new CBS series!
The 43-year-old actor attended a the premiere screening of his upcoming series Sheriff Country on Wednesday night (September 24) held at the Woolworth Theatre in Nashville, Tenn.
Joining Matt at the event was Kevin Alejandro, who stars as Cal Fire firefighter Manuel “Manny” Remy Perez on the original series Fire Country.
Keep reading to find out more…Here’s the new show’s synopsis: “Sheriff Country follows straight-shooting Sheriff Mickey Fox (Morena Baccarin), the stepsister of Cal Fire’s division chief Sharon Leone, who investigates criminal activity as she patrols the streets of small-town Edgewater while contending with her ex-con father and a mysterious incident involving her wayward daughter.”
Sheriff Country will premiere on Friday, October 17 at 9 p.m. ET on CBS. Its regular time slot will then move to 8 p.m. ET on Friday, October 24. Find out who else will be starring in the new show!
