Lily Allen Asked If Ex-Husband David Harbour Will Remain in Her Daughters’ Lives Amid Divorce

Lily Allen is sharing some very rare comments about ex-husband David Harbour amid their ongoing divorce.

After months of speculation, it was revealed earlier this year that the 40-year-old “Hard Out Here” singer and the 50-year-old Stranger Things actor had split up after four years of marriage.

In a new interview, Lily was asked if David will remain in the lives of her daughters Marnie Rose, 12, and Ethel Mary, 13 — whom she shares with ex-husband Sam Cooper.

However, Lily went on to note that her relationship Sam, who she was married to from 2011 to 2018, is in a much better place these days.

“Me and Sam, we’ve got a good relationship — I wouldn’t say it’s a friendship, although we are friendly,” Lily shared. “His dad died earlier this year and we spoke a lot on the phone around then because I loved his dad and we share children together.”

She continued, “So obviously we’ve been talking a lot about what we’ve been experiencing as a family over the past year and he’s had concerns and yeah, we co-parent.”

Also in the interview, Lily shared while the last several months have been turbulent, her daughters have had a great experience living in America.

“My kids had an amazing experience living in America for five years, and I have a lot of compassion for my ex-husband,” Lily said of David. “I think we all suffer.”

David previously shared why he won’t be publicly commenting on his split from Lily.
