Lil Nas X is pleading not guilty.
The 26-year-old “Old Town Road” rapper entered the plea on Monday (August 25) during a hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court in Los Angeles, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office confirmed to People.
He was previously charged with four felonies, including three counts of battery with injury to a police officer, and one count of resisting an executive officer.

The judge has set his bail at $75,000. He is now also required to attend Narcotics Anonymous meetings.
Police previously said they thought Lil Nas X was under the influence of drugs at the time of his arrest, but attorney Christy O’Connor said he “was not taking illegal drugs and that the episode was an aberration in his life,” according to Reuters.
According to California penal code, if convicted of felony battery on a police officer and resisting, he could can see jail time of up to three years, as well as a $10,000 fine per charge.
This all went down after he was found wandering the streets in the early morning over the weekend in LA, and new video shows he was naked.
