Kate Hudson Says ‘So Long’ to Summer with Bikini Pic Roundup and Photos of Son Ryder and Daughter Rani

Kate Hudson is looking back on a successful summer as she waits for the seasons to change!

On Thursday, Aug. 28, the Running Point star, 46, shared multiple photos on Instagram reflecting on the memories she made throughout the summer with her friends and blended family.

Hudson chose a snap of her wearing a bright blue bikini top and striped pants from a trip to Greece as the first photo in the collection. She followed it with a picture of her wearing a red dress while clinking glasses with her eldest child, Ryder. 

The mom of three — who shares 6-year-old daughter, Rani, with fiancé Danny Fujikawa, 39, son Ryder Russell, 21, with ex-husband Chris Robinson and son Bingham Hawn, 14, with ex Matt Bellamy — included several sweet moments with two of her three children in the Instagram post. 

One photo showed Rani posing inside a store wearing a pastel crop top and skirt with bright yellow sunglasses, while another snap appeared to show Hudson and Ryder at a festival. The stylish mom wore a white top with a khaki jacket and sunglasses for the outing. 

Blink-182 vocalist Tom DeLonge and his wife, Marie DeLonge, appeared in the collection of snaps having gone for a meal with Hudson and her sister-in-law, Erinn Hudson, in Aspen.

Hudson also shared a photo of stepdad Kurt Russell on horseback. In the picture, her “Pa” has a glowing smile on his face.

Days out on a boat, expressing her creativity through art with Rani and making “the best chocolate protein” shake were also included in Hudson’s photodump.

“So long sweet summer ☀️” she captioned the post.

The reflective post comes after Hudson went viral on TikTok for recreating the iconic scene in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, where she sings Carly Simon’s “You’re So Vain.”

In the playful video, she lip-synced and danced before being joined by musician Role Model, whose real name is Tucker Pillsbury.

She had made a surprise appearance during Role Model‘s set at Aspen’s Up in the Sky Festival on Aug. 9.

Hudson’s summer festivities have also included a girls’ trip to Europe, joined by her friend, Sophie Lopez, and a blended family vacation in Greece.
