Kate, 26, wrote alongside the previously unseen clip: ‘This video was taken during the last hour and last day Liam and I shared in this lifetime.

‘I am forever grateful for the beautiful moments we shared. I will miss you for the rest of my life Liam.’

Earlier in the day, Kate had shared a sweet black and white picture of the pair in bed with Liam kissing her cheek.

A second snap shared to her Instagram stories showed Kate hugging Liam as the pair were wrapped up during a winter snowy break.

She wrote: ‘Today marks a full year without you here. I will forever hate goodbyes. I miss you Liam’.

Liam’s younger sister Ruth also penned a heartbreaking tribute too, sharing a sweet family photo showing Liam dressed up as a pirate.

She said: ‘1year, 12months, 52weeks, 365days… whichever way I say it, it still means the most heartbreaking truth that you’re not here any more.

‘When you used to go away on tour, and l’d cry that you’d be gone for a while, I always knew you’d come back, but now I can’t get you home, I can’t meet up with you somewhere in the world, I can’t facetime or text to see how you’re doing, it’s an eternal homesick feeling because we can’t go back.’

Ruth continued: ‘I underestimated grief, woah did I underestimate it. I am paralysed by it daily. I thought I had felt it before but I know the losses before you were just intense sadness, you are the loss of my life, the one person who l will miss at every single occasion in my life.

‘I’d taken for granted that my little brother would be there through life, what a cruel lesson to learn in our 30s, that a sibling is not guaranteed to be a lifer, that I have to face this without you.’

Ruth said that Liam’s death ‘will never make sense’ to her and revealed that she has a ‘reoccurring nightmare’ reliving his final minutes in the hotel room.

Meanwhile, his older sister Nicola described his loss as a ‘pain that will never heal’.

She shared several intimate photos in her tribute and touchingly revealed how the family have kept his memory alive for his son Bear, eight, so he could ‘know all about his amazing daddy’.

In her poignant message she also revealed how she has tried to make sure his niece Ffion remembers her uncle by comparing him to a ‘star in the sky’ and a ‘rainbow, butterfly, a cloud’.

Tragically she recounted how she had been sitting at home with Ffion when news broke of her brother’s horrific death plunge from the third floor of the Casa Sur hotel in Buenos Aries.

In a four-page Instagram post, Nicola said: ‘A year ago today marks a date I never wanted to see again.

‘The day our lives changed forever, and our hearts were left broken, with pieces missing.

‘That night, unaware of what you were going through, that you were alone. Me and Ffion watching Dinosaur on the TV and me saying to her, next time we see Uncle Liam, he’ll be able to tell you all the dinosaurs, as he loves them.

‘I didn’t know that as those words left my lips, and the pictures I took of the dinosaur to show you, that still sit on my phone today, that there wouldn’t be a next time.

‘There wouldn’t be that chance to do something so normal to everyone else. It would never happen for us.’

Liam’s ex Cheryl, 42, was pictured the night before his anniversary putting on a brave face as she attended Girls Aloud bandmate Nicola Roberts’ 40th birthday celebrations.

It’s only the second time Cheryl has been pictured in public since the funeral of her ex-partner and father of her son Bear.

During the last 12 months Cheryl has kept a low profile as she navigates the tragic situation which left her son Bear, eight, without a father.

She has also made a slow return to work in recent months, with just one announcement in August – a collaboration with skincare giant Nivea.

Following Liam’s death Cheryl was granted the power of administration of his estate.

As he died without leaving a will, he was declared intestate. This means that as an unmarried parent his estate is shared between any children.

Friends and family spoke out afterwards and insisted Cheryl ‘will always do the right thing by her beloved son’. They expressed how he was adamant to make sure his only son would be well looked after in the event anything happened to him.
