Jesse McCartney seems to be basking in nostalgia and new wins, as his latest post has set the imagination of his more die-hard followers racing. Since his earlier fame was built on early 2000s hits like “Beautiful Soul,” the singer posted one picture, one of those features where you see the singer sitting down with signed vinyl records and captioning the photo cryptically: “Music, Milestones, and Madison Square Garden 😏.” The photo shows McCartney sitting happily at the table holding up signed albums with his name on them. On the table are markers and records; presumably, he was just finishing a signing. Then, way up on the wall, there’s that thing that looks suspiciously like a clock: Some kind of countdown?

Well, of course, the mention of Madison Square Garden set everybody’s imaginations galloping. McCartney was very much keeping it under wraps, yet in just a few words, it had sent speculation soaring about a possible concert at the legendary venue. Fans have been conversing, connecting his recent activity: dress in Packers jerseys on July 19th in Green Bay and an unknown-level-high possibility of something going down at Madison Square Garden. One user was perhaps the most straightforward carry for someone to say: “I bleed green and gold… But I need context,” having no idea what the football stuff was until others clued him in about the Titletown gig. That spawned a whole mini-thread on the concert.
The comments went ultimately on a nostalgia trip, reminiscing about those early days. “‘MY 8th GRADE YEAR ALBUM,’” someone commented, the one from 2004, probably.
