Jennifer Aniston is strutting her stuff while giving a nod to her classic Friends character, Rachel Green.
The Morning Show star, 56, arrived at Elle‘s Women in Hollywood event as one of the outlet’s honorees on Monday, Nov. 17, and her look didn’t disappoint.
For the night, the Emmy winner pulled out one of her signature black dresses (she loves the look so much, she even got her costar Reese Witherspoon on board the style for The Morning Show season 4 premiere in September).

Aniston’s Ralph Lauren full-length vintage dress featured a halter neckline, adding a romantic touch with a layer of shimmer. She wore her hair in her signature middle part as her golden tresses hung at her shoulders.
Her look might be a nod to her iconic Friends character, Rachel Green, who worked as a Ralph Lauren buyer on the sitcom
Aniston also isn’t shy about dishing on some of Rachel’s most talked-about hair moments.
She recently spoke with Elle about the choppy, shoulder-length hairstyle — dubbed “the Rachel” — that she famously wore.
“It had a beautiful six months that’s lasted 30 years,” she told the outlet of the throwback style becoming a style phenomenon.
She expressed a similar sentiment during a conversation with Marie Clare in 2013, stating at the time that “‘The Rachel’ was … horrible and … high maintenance.”

Although Aniston posed solo on the red carpet Monday, her boyfriend, hypnotherapist Jim Curtis, was expected to attend the event with her, according to Elle.
PEOPLE confirmed the two were dating in July and a source said earlier this month that Aniston is “very happy and in a great place” with Curtis.
“She’s been glowing. Everything in her life has come together and she’s excited about it. Jim’s the best,” the source told PEOPLE. “Her friends love him. He’s calm, very warm and incredibly supportive. He’s brought a really steady and positive energy into her life.”
Curtis is “fascinated by her career — both as an actress and businesswoman — and loves being by her side to support her,” the source shares.
“He fits right in with her friends. He’s social, easygoing and everyone loves having him around,” the source adds of Curtis, whom they say Aniston is “having fun” with. “It all feels light, natural and really good. It’s exactly where she wants to be right now.”
