Jason Isaacs is joining the Tomb Raider series!
The 62-year-old The White Lotus actor is boarding the cast of the forthcoming Amazon MGM live-action series based on the successful video game series, according to a new report.
It’s not clear which role he will be taking on, per Deadline.
Sophie Turner is set to play the leading role of Lara Croft, and Sigourney Weaver is also expected to join the cast.
The plot of the Phoebe Waller-Bridge-created series is being kept under wraps, and will begin production in January 2026, after being first announced all the way back in 2022.
Angelina Jolie played Lara Croft in two Tomb Raider movies in the early 2000s. Alicia Vikander later played the role in a 2018 reboot. See who else is set to star in the series!
