Janelle Brown has brewed up a little merch magic.
Just days after Kody Brown conjured up controversy by dubbing his three ex-wives — Janelle, Christine Brown and Meri Brown — the “sister witches” of his current wife, Robyn Brown, on the Sunday, September 28, episode of Sister Wives, fans took notice of a spellbinding surprise.
“She knew this episode was coming,” one social media user speculated while sharing a video reacting to $26 shirts with the phrase “Sister Witches” on them — for sale on Janelle’s website, Janelle Says. “This is why Janelle Brown is going to be just fine without Kody,” they continued.
The garments come in the colors heather autumn, purple or black and are 52 percent cotton and 48 percent polyester. Black is already sold out as of Wednesday, October 1.

Whether it was a clever marketing move with a subtle clapback or just a seasonal sale is unclear, although fans are convinced it was no coincidence. “Janelle Brown is capitalizing on Kody’s Sister Witches insult,” another Facebook post on the Sister Wives Fans page read.
“I love that she said I’ll own that,” one person wrote via Reddit, while another added, “I saw it and immediately thought I gotta get one! And I’m going to get one for my sister. Love it! Go Janelle.”
Kody, 56, made the “sister witches” remark during an exchange with Robyn, 46, about the possibility of becoming polygamists again. (The couple spiritually wed in 2010 before legally marrying in 2014, and she is now Kody’s only spouse after the other three women called it quits.)
Christine, 53, was the first to leave, announcing her split from Kody in November 2021 before getting married to now-husband David Woolley in October 2023. Janelle, 56, later went public with her separation from Kody in December 2022.
Meri, 54, confirmed her split from Kody in a joint statement in January 2023.

“My primary motivation [for pursuing another woman], I’m afraid at this state in my life, would be … yeah, just how good looking she is,” he explained on the latest episode, to which Robyn replied, “And that would be the very worst reason.”
Kody and Robyn went on to discuss the potential dynamic, especially since they are no longer involved “in [the] religion anymore” and it “would be a requirement.”
“I’m just not interested in having the drama in my life of another woman,” Kody added.
“I mean, we have our bad days, you know,” Kody explained before calling out his three ex-wives, saying, “Those sister witches of yours.”
In a confessional, Kody noted there would be one stipulation for a new romantic partner, explaining that “she would have to adore Robyn so much that I would never, ever have to worry about whether she was competing with Robyn for my love and affection.”
After their discussion, the duo decided that a monogamous relationship could be the right choice for them at this time. Admitting that he was “done” with polygamy, Kody said that “the idea of it just breaks my heart.”
“Monogamy, does it work for you? Will it work for you?” Kody asked before Robyn responded, “It sounds good, I’m good.”
