JaNa Craig Talks PPG Friendship, Fallout with Connor, Mediating Liv & Kaylor’s Feud & If ‘Love Island’ Season 7 Stars Should Join ‘Beyond the Villa’

JaNa Craig is opening up in a new interview!

The 28-year-old Love Island: Beyond the Villa is featured in a “Main Character Profile” with Elite Daily, where she dished on the Peacock spinoff and her cast mates.

During her interview, JaNa opened up about the real friendships made with PPG (Powerpuff Gang), which includes Leah Kateb and Serena Page, the feud between Olivia Walker and Kaylor Martin, her own feud with Connor Newsum, and her thoughts on Love Island USA season seven stars joining Beyond the Villa.

“Obviously, we love our other girls from Season 6, but there was this unspeakable bond between me, Leah, and Serena,” JaNa shared of PPG. “When the cameras were turned off, we were still there for each other — it wasn’t just a TV screen type of thing.”

As seen in the first episode of Beyond the Villa, Liv and Kaylor were at odds and JaNa stepped in to mediate a conversation to get the friends back on good terms.

“My heart was just broken because they have such a strong bond,” she said. “We went through a whole summer together, fighting for each other, riding for one another, and then coming out of the villa, they spent a lot of time together. It might’ve been too much time… [their] bond is stronger than a camera.”

JaNa says that the only person she had an issue with was Connor, who she was briefly coupled up with on Love Island USA, and we see her not wanting anything to do with him on the spinoff.

“That’s a 2024 thing,” she said of her issue with him. “When the clock ticked to 2025, it was a new year. It’s a whole new energy, a whole new chapter, so I decided to just let it go.”

Should Love Island: Beyond the Villa get a season two, which many are surely hoping, JaNa has a couple thoughts on who should be on the show and shouldn’t be.

“I love Rob [Rausch]. He’s such a good person,” JaNa dished on who she’d want to bring back. “And maybe we will do another big villa in Spain or spend the holidays in London, and Aaron [Evans] and Miguel [Harichi] can show us around.”

However, JaNa doesn’t think Beyond the Villa needs to any Love Island USA season seven stars.

“Respectfully, I feel like Season 6 made such a statement in the world that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” she said.

JaNa has had quite the week, with her very public and much talked about breakup from beau Kenny Rodriguez.
