A new trailer for Paul Mescal and Jessie Buckley‘s new movie has been released!
The Oscar-nominated actors star as William and Agnes Shakespeare in the new movie Hamnet from director Chloé Zhao.
Here’s the plot summary, via Variety: “Hamnet tells the story of William Shakespeare and his wife, Agnes, as they grieve the loss of their 11-year-old son, Hamnet. The film follows the couple as they attempt to reconcile with the loss of their child, and how William Shakespeare began to write his beloved classic, Hamlet.”

The movie is based on Maggie O’Farrell’s 2020 novel of the same name.
Hamnet will have a limited release in theaters on November 27, and will then open to theaters nationwide on December 12.
