Gingerbread Land: The Biggest Little Holiday Competition is premiering tonight (Monday, November 17)!

The show premieres on Magnolia Network and Food Network at 9 p.m. ET, and streams next day on HBO Max and discovery+.

The show is being hosted by Oliver Hudson. Judges for the series include acclaimed pastry chef Gale Gand and architect and professor Michael Ford, along with episodic guests.

Here’s a synopsis: “This holiday season, top bakers face off in the biggest little gingerbread competition ever imagined. Over a series of four challenges, teams build incredible, edible worlds from scratch with lights, motion, and storybook-level detail in every miniature.”

“The Competition Begins”
Monday, November 17 at 9 p.m. ET/PT

Five teams with assigned architectural styles: Brownstone, Midcentury, Coastal, Chalet and Villa each build gathering places as the first corner of their epic miniature worlds! Host Oliver Hudson is joined by guest judge, stylist Brad Goreski.

“The Olympics of Gingerbread”
Monday, November 24 at 9 p.m. ET/PT

The teams return to double their gingerbread villages with shops and cafés. Guest judge Christina Tosi joins as the charm, cheer, and chaos unfold — because it’s the Olympics of gingerbread, and one team won’t make it to the next round.

“Oliver’s Twists”
Monday, December 1 at 9 p.m. ET/PT

Host Oliver Hudson helps guide the remaining teams as they tackle their toughest challenge yet: making their gingerbread move! Guest judge D’Arcy Carden joins to help decide which teams make it to the finale, and which team goes home.

“The Final Chapter”
Monday, December 8 at 9 p.m. ET/PT

The final teams complete their gingerbread villages with the theme: Where We Play. Houses collapse, lights fail, and emotions rise in an exciting finale where guest judge Joanna Gaines helps choose the $100,000 champion! .
