Friendly’s is ready for a fun-filled year!
The East Coast-based restaurant chain has determined its ConeHead Sundae lineup for 2026, which PEOPLE can exclusively reveal.
Described as “a playful, month-by-month celebration of character-inspired sundaes tied to holidays, seasons and fan-favorite designs,” Friendly’s further explains, “What makes this year especially meaningful is that several ConeHeads are original, staff-created concepts.”
Among the playful designs are the Original ConeHead for January, Rock the Star for February, Spot the Dog for March, Egg Hunt for April, Puddles the Pig for May and the Lion ConeHead for June.
The whimsical designs continue in the latter half of the year, with Fin the Shark in July, Surfer Dude in August, Rainbow Kitty Kat in September, Web the Spider — paired with Monster Mash — in October, Tom the Turkey in November and Rudy the Reindeer to close out the year in December.

Friendly’s Restaurants
The Lion ConeHead, Surfer Dude, Rainbow Kitty Kat and Web the Spider were the designs created specifically by Friendly’s staff members.
“Designing Puddles the Pig was such a fun and creative experience,” Kevin Capobianco, a server, tells PEOPLE. “It’s exciting to see an idea go from a doodle on paper to a sundae that families and friends will enjoy for an entire month.”
He adds, “Each Conehead has its own personality, and I love that I was able to bring a little nostalgia and joy from my own restaurant into the Conehead hall of fame.”
