The model and actress, 34, attended the H&M&180: The London Issue show at 180 The Strand on Thursday.
Emily looked sensational for the evening in an oversized black blazer paired with matching flared trousers.
She was joined at the event by Lennon Gallagher and his girlfriend Izzy Richmond, as well as Lennon’s cousin Anais.
Lennon stepped out for the evening in a tan jacket featuring a black cord lining, paired with black baggy trousers and a white t-shirt.
Meanwhile his girlfriend Izzy opted for a similar nude colour scheme as she wore a light beige sweater with a dark red patent skirt, as well as a huge brown coat.

She paired the look with sheer tights, black stilettos and a pair of light blue gloves in contrast.
Meanwhile Romeo Beckham’s ex-girlfriend Mia Regan also opted for black in a sheer smock mini-dress with knee-high heeled boots.
Emily’s appearance at the event comes after she was spotted indulging in a cozy Friday night tête-à-tête with none other than Austin Butler in New York City.
In recent weeks, fans had picked up on sizzling chemistry between Austin and Zoe Kravitz as they hit the publicity rounds for their new movie Caught Stealing.
But in spite of the steamy rapport between the pair, Zoe was concurrently seen multiple times in a clinch with One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles.
