There was a mishap with one of the scores on the Dancing With the Stars premiere!
The ABC dancing competition series returned for its 34th season on Tuesday night (September 16) and was met with a scoring blunder for Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt and her pro dance partner Mark Ballas.

Whitney and Mark delivered a Tango to the hit song “Golden” by HUNTR/X from Kpop Demon Hunters, and initially received a score of 14/20 from judges Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli.
However, co-host Julianne Hough then announced that her score was 15/20, before clarifying that Bruno had actually given her an 8, instead of a 7.
After the break, co-host Alfonso Albeiro explained that the judges have to input their scores before holding up their paddles, and the score they input is the one that counts, not what is on their paddle.
Bruno accidentally entered an 8 into the system for Whitney and Mark, so that was their final score given, not the 7 on his paddle.
