Drew Barrymore is finally an Emmy winner, nearly 40 years after her first nomination!
The 50-year-old actress and entertainer picked up a win at the 2025 Daytime Emmy Awards on Friday night (October 17).
Drew won an award for Outstanding Daytime Talk Series Host for hosting her daytime series The Drew Barrymore Show.

The win comes 39 years after Drew received a Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Performer in Children’s Programming at the 1986 show, for her work in ABC Weekend Specials’ The Adventures of Con Sawyer and Hucklemary Finn.
Drew has also been nominated for hosting her talk show three other times in the past.
At the Primetime Emmy Awards, Drew has previously been nominated twice, including for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie for her work in Grey Gardens in 2009.
Drew recently opened up about loving her unconventional childhood.
