Saoirse-Monica Jackson is now a married woman!
The 31-year-old Irish actress, best known for playing Erin Quinn on Derry Girls, married DJ Denis Sulta during a three-day celebration at Dromquinna Manor in Ireland.
“We wanted both of our cultures and our families and friends to be at the center of it,” Saoirse told British Vogue, describing her wedding look as “Celtic warrior princess.”

For their wedding, Saoirse wore a bespoke Annie’s Ibiza high-low dress, which featured an ivory-color corset that had a reversible tartan side to honor the 32-year-old DJ’s, whose real name is Hector Barbour, Scottish heritage.
For his part, Hector sported a traditional kilt in a Hebridean MacKenzie tartan by MacGregor and MacDuff with a Montrose doublet jacket, which he paired with his dad’s sporran and a family brooch.
During their reception, Saoirse revealed that, “My dad came out in a Darth Vader costume in a nod to Hector being registered as a Jedi on his birth certificate.”
“I also organized for a singer to come out dressed as Elphaba from Wicked, and sing ‘Defying Gravity’, as it’s Hector’s favorite song,” she continued. “It was just so ridiculous, but also so gorgeous.”
Saoirse added, “We were in bed at 4:30 a.m., but some were out until 7 a.m. Everybody said that the whole weekend was like something from a movie, and it really was. I want to do it again!”
