Charlie Sheen is getting an issue off his chest.
The Two and a Half Men alum made amends with Dax Shepard for mistreating him two decades ago—even though the Without A Paddle actor didn’t remember the interaction in question.
“There’s something I’ve been carrying around,” Charlie told Dax during the Oct. 6 episode of his Armchair Expert podcast. “I was a d–k to you one night. Not cool. Like an a–hole 5,000.”
Dax was taken aback by his confession, because he didn’t recall the moment.
“Tell me, because it’s so bizarre,” Dax admitted. “I don’t remember that.”
Before telling the story, the aka Charlie Sheen star—who shares Sami Sheen, 21, and Lola Sheen, 20, with ex-wife Denise Richards, in addition to twins Bob and Max Sheen, 17, with ex Brooke Mueller and daughter Cassandra Estevez, 40, with Paula Profit—mentioned that “the next day or the next week or the next month,” Charlie had intended to “make that right,” before adding, “And here we are 20 years later.”
