Busy Philipps just hit the red carpet with a new partner.
Philipps and Blake Berris made their debut red carpet appearance as a couple at the 2025 Daytime Emmy Awards in Pasadena, California on Friday, Oct. 17. Photos from the star-studded arrivals show Philipps, 46, in a red strapless floor-length gown as she stood with her arm around the Days of Our Lives actor, 41, who wore a navy blue button-up suit.
The Dawson’s Creek alum and Berris are dating, a rep for the actress confirmed to PEOPLE.
Berris was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Daytime Drama Series at this year’s 52nd annual ceremony, marking his second nomination for a role on the popular soap opera. He ultimately lost the category to Jonathan Jackson.

One day prior, Philipps and Berris were also photographed together at the season 2 premiere of Netflix’s Nobody Wants This, which stars Kristen Bell and Adam Brody. The pair smiled and posed with actor Andrew Rannells, among others.

Philipps split from ex-husband Marc Silverstein in 2021, which she revealed during an episode of her podcast, Busy Philipps Is Doing Her Best, in May 2022, noting that “when we first separated, it was, like, February of last year.”
The exes tied the knot in 2007 and share 17-year-old Birdie Leigh and 11-year-old Cricket Pearl.
In February 2024, the Girls5Eva star told Entertainment Tonight that she and Silverstein have been able to successfully co-parent their children, noting, “I think that we just both understood, fundamentally, that we made a promise to each other and to our kids.”
“Being able to communicate is important and necessary,” she added. “And we weren’t going to let any hurt feelings on our side affect how we can show up for what is essentially still a family.”
In June 2024, Philipps was spotted walking around with a mystery man after having dinner with Michelle Williams. The pair had their arms wrapped around one another and were later spotted kissing.
