The legendary rapper marked the moment with fans by dropping by his grandchild’s pre-K school on the very first “Breakfast with Grandparents” day. In the background, Big Boi could be heard hyping things up about muffins and juice and referring to the occasion as “first annual Grand Pants Day,” which could be either an eccentric mispronunciation or his own cool little way of describing it. Just vibe with that energy.

There was one exception to that whole ‘old feeling’ moment as a fan gave a very heartfelt vision: “Man it’s a blessing to be a parent then to be a grandparent the dopest thing about hip hop is watching the rappers and singers I seen growing up reach a life of happiness and normalcy they not normal but they in the new era of their life’s man and they still can RAP,” and that’s the truth. It’s nice to see the evolution of artists, development, and finding joy beyond the stage.
