The show is currently in the process of recruiting the social media star Alix Earle. The influencer wrote an emotional post on the dawn of her debut performance, in terms of excitement and jitters, about getting into the cast. A few celebrity friends including her pro partner, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, sent words of encouragement.

It could be a defining moment for Alix Earle to take the spotlight for a dance. The TikTok sensation just made huge news with which the fans are conversing: She will be joining Dancing With The Stars, and the emotions expressed in the post already tell that it has been one journey.
“It all starts tmr!! @dancingwiththestars,” Earle captioned. “These past few weeks have been an emotional rollercoaster… from the excitement of joining a show I’ve loved for years, to some moments of serious doubt about whether I could really get on stage and perform.”
It’s an honest one. Famous influencers do get jitters sometimes when they’re stepping into something new. In fact, Earle gave a big shout-out to her partner, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, for helping get her through all of it.
“Big shout-out to my incredible partner @valentin for pushing me to get out of my comfort zone and being incredibly patient with teaching me!!” That partnership seems to be working well already.
Valentin responded: “Proud. Excited. Grateful. All that.” Short and sweet but extremely meaningful coming from a man of Valentin’s experience that has seen just about everything.
The cheer squad showed up: Former Bachelor contestant, Rachael Kirkconnell, commented with, “go baby go ❤️❤️ can’t wait.” Sometimes, simple comments are the best.
Another chanted, “BRING IT HOME FOR THE JERSEY GIRLLLLLSS👏👏👏”
There, loud and proud, Jersey pride coming out for Earle’s fans.
In the meantime, fitness personality Katie Austin chimed in: “SO excited to watch u!!!” while another person stated Earle is their “number one draft pick” for the competition. About time the voting started, people are already beginning to pick sides.
A worthy mention goes towards the comments that recognized the effort behind the scenes: “The behind the scenes of how the costumes are made – must. 👏”
They’re right- the DWTS costume department is insanely talented, maybe too much so that it’s usually overlooked.
Another declared Earle and Valentin to be the “Dream team” before the first dance even aired and pledged, “Y’all got my vote 😘.” Talk about commitment.
