Cain Walker‘s “Ain’t My Problem” surged to the top of the Spotify Viral charts, and listeners quickly realized that the popular song is sung by an AI artist.

His other song, “Don’t Tread on Me,” came in at No. 3 on the Billboard Country Digital Song Sales Chart recently.
The “artist” already has over 1.1 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone as well. Not everyone is excited about AI artists dominating the charts, though.
“To creators, AI is scary and it’s existentially scary. In this instance, it’s ignited a conversation that I’ve never seen in my 28 years in this job,” said Bart Herbison, executive director of Nashville Songwriters Association International to Axios.
