Rita Ora is turning heads with her latest look, channeling the Virgin Mary in a photoshoot with legendary photographer David LaChapelle on Wednesday (September 10) in Los Angeles.

The 34-year-old “Let Me Love You” singer was spotted posing in the religious costume while working with the iconic photographer who has snapped similarly religious-themed photos for many stars, and has worked with legends like Britney Spears, Madonna and Michael Jackson.
Rita wore flowing white robes, complete with a floor-length veil as she posed barefoot holding prayer beads. She was surrounded by a group of people in another shot, with a lamb at her feet. The shoot also featured a massive gold frame.
The photos were taken just outside of Capitol Records in Hollywood, although it’s unclear if it’s music-related.
This type of photography is not new for David – see some examples of him channeling celebrity through a religious lens.
