In a recent video, Berry was brimming with excitement as she eagerly anticipated the voting on one of the last health bills, AB-432. During the video, she celebrated with other women who were just as thrilled. She happily said, “We’re changing things one bill at a time. And that’s exactly how we do it, ladies!” Ms. Berry concluded, “That’s how we do this ladies. We band together and one bill at a time. We are going to mess around here and change our future,” and full of energy, she moved off screen. I wonder what her home was like when she spoke about “it’s bigger than a bill—it’s a movement. And we’re just getting started.” Her excitement must have been palpable.
