The new post has caused Gaga’s fans to wonder the most intentions behind it. The enigmatic allusion to the “Dead Dance” and the September 3 public address has become the talk of the town. Despite their devotion, fans of the famous pop artist have not yet been provided with a morsel of knowledge that could sate their curiosity on the performance or music-related matter they are envisioning. Other avid fans look forward to the “Joker: Folie à Deux” project, but Lady Gaga, as always, has left her followers hanging on—which leaves her open to a variety of hypotheses.

The new image release serves as another puzzle piece to Lady Gaga’s apparent publicity. The Gaga’s world, as some might say, stitched with a few glances of her is a bleak escapade—a lifeless journey encumbered with desperation is not a Gaga-esque journey. Even the degeneration of Gaga’s perceptive popularity has a cure, as the gentleman Burton says: ‘Don’t speak, twelve-year-old cons. Don’t speak, your mother, your family’—Gaga beats disloyal fans and, no doubt, a few chunks of stigma; Gaga is no longer laced with stigma, but with grace and laced despair and beauty shocked with grace and Gaga’s instilled style is almost listless as she dons ‘burtonlung’.
Here, Gaga transitions, and her dying brand of style is no longer suffocated by the insipid nature of clothing people are used to. To top off the look, almost doll-like makeup was applied with the exception of the heavy eye makeup and bare, mesmerizing lips—light, that is. But surely there would be some sort of context we could get—of course there is: “DO THE DEAD DANCE! Sept. 3rd.” No more nonsense—fans delivered. No more nonsense—hashtags served. Leave it up to the fans and you have something on your hands.
Despite the interest, the comments revealed some underlying issues. The reactions are increasingly negative but a concerned comment stood out.. The commenter asking Lady Gaga to assist in raising awareness about vital global issues with the use of her celebrity voice. Her plea can be summed up by, “Talk about what’s going on in the world Gaga! Your fans need you! Say something about these immigrants being kidnapped!!! Say something about Palestine!!! You used to be so outspoken!! I remember you said something about immigrants in 2010 in Arizona with the SB1070. Talk about it again! Your family was an immigrant too! SAY SOMETHING!”
This particular supporter took the liberty of, some might say, excessive, talking to a plethora of people in the Gaga fandom, Gaga herself, and even the people in Gaga’s inner circle. While the more polite responses stated that she could stop or that they would not help, in contrast, there were even more positive responses—for example, “I Love that you have posted this so many times. Keep going.” From the feedback, it is possible to deduce the emergence of schisms in her fanbase—she is enjoying people’s company, and the duality admiration of a two-sided position is slowly coming back to haunt—to woo her is great-fanbase-as-activism in action lure.
The fan commentary on her new image resulted in, among other things, an unexpected controversy. One of her fans referenced a song: “I Can’t wait to dance, dance, dance with my hands, hands, hands…” What followed was a series of references based on song lyrics and inside jokes about the time she sold “Just Dance”, as well as inadvertent nostalgia. When her international audience started showing up in the photo comments, one user wrote in Portuguese, “Que look lindo! Você ontem estava arrasadora. Você é única e incrível, Te amo, mami,” and one user wrote in Italian, “Tutto quello che vuoi madre” (Anything you want, mother).
Fans of Lady Gaga have left remarks about the “Dead Dance” concert and its relationship to the imagery. Gaga is being presumed to serve as Harley Quinn in “Joker”, and the appearance of the shot can be connected to her new persona as Harley Quinn. Likewise, the “locks” in the image are being suspected of hinting new music. Gossip about Gaga’s role in “Wednesday” flooded in together with the speculations regarding her role in the series.
Gaga is renowned for delighting in dropping hints; while it is pure speculation for everyone else, Gaga’s mind is working on another level. While we don’t yet know what is going on, we definitely know Gaga is doing something, but guessing what that something is is a riddle and a conundrum wrapped up very tightly together. Whereas it used to be only Gaga or an artist intending to take aim at a specifically pressing matter to raise awareness, Gaga’s style is currently a mix of both, and the need to comply or disregard such condition herself to the wilst of the artist falls under such conditions, even if the artist’s personality.

There is one thing that is guaranteed: Gaga will be releasing something huge on September 3. What else she is doing until then is undiscovered, but it will most definitely be spectacular.
