- Security guard, Emani Ellis, alleges that Cardi spat, hit and swung at her, after the rapper confronted her in the hallway of the office on the way to her appointment.
- However Cardi denies all allegations, admitting things got heated verbally, but that no physical touching occured.
- Ellis’ lawyer questions are questionable (to see his line of questioning see video from 1:10), asking Cardi to repeat the exact words she said directly to his client – the judge shoots this down.
- Cardi believes this is a pure cash grab by Ellis, saying “She’s trying to get some money”, with Ellis’ lawyer countering saying “How do you know that?”, and Cardi answering incrediously, “Because she’s suing me for 25 million dollars!”
