Just a few days ago, Will Smith treated his Instagram following to a gor-gerous glimpse of Italy’s nightlife, and, yeah, the vibes were immaculate indeed. The actor grinning all over his face was toasting to “Men in Black” with a gargantuan-size rhinestone-studded champagne bottle that read “Champagne D. Rock.” The backdrop: delicate classic columns drenched in soft amber, a view dimmed by at least 20 sunsets in elegance towards the side of luxe. “Viva Italia. Shoutout to @bigartfestival and Matteo Bocelli for a perfect night. Grazie mille!” captioned Smith.

Readers and commenters were raving their love for Italy, many pleading for an early encore. “Hopefully, you’ll be back to Italy soon,” wrote one. Another added: “In my beautiful country,” a sentiment returned with heart emojis. There was even a comment directly referencing his worthy appearance on Drink Champs, where he was praised for his sage words about reconciling with death: “I respect your outlook on life after everything you’ve gone through.”
There were also a few random comments. One stated, “My telegram just disappeared,” exclaiming financial woes. Another weirdly dropped a YouTube link, which ended with the classic vague motivational statement. That would be the classic Instagram suicide.
The real pop star, though, was definitely that bottle of champagne. One remarked, “The bottle’s bigger than you, Will,” while another just went with “Geez, well now that is a bottle of champagne.” You can’t argue with that.
Smith’s joy in Italy was apparently within the frame of events at the BIG Festival, a festival of music and culture, meaning that with his shoutout for Matteo Bocelli, son of the legendary tenor Andrea Bocelli, there was surely some starry socializing throughout the night. Judging by the sheer size of that champagne bottle, the afterparty was surely something wild.
And then, some go on to post cryptic quotes or artsy selfies on social media; Smith simply kept it real: big bottle, big smile, no drama. That’s what I call respect. After some whirlwind years, it just seems like a win to teach the finer things in life: an absurdly large bottle of bubbly in Italy.
