With the unveiling of the new season of Dancing With The Stars, Julianne Hough is really doing the results. The prodigal professional dancer, she has now taken up the role of host and posted on Instagram a promo full of hype with her co-host Alfonso Ribeiro in which they announce the premiere for the new season. With its delightful dance moves and playful banter, the clip seems to cast the spell on everybody.

In the promo, the fun really begins with Julianne doing a countdown before launching into a frenetic dance routine and then, halfway through, she just stops to complain that her fellow performer has “thin feet.” The chemistry is on a level: Alfonso ends the whole routine with a huge amount of energy to announce the show’s return. Tuesday, September 16, ABC and Disney+, while episodes will be available on Hulu the following day, is the date set to remember.
Excitement stirred up in practically no time in the comments section. One from Montreal wishes, “Have her a good season Julianne; can’t wait to watch her from Montreal.” Another fan added in agreement, “Can’t wait!!! I’m so glad you’re back hosting!!!”
What follows is an underwhelming reception of the hype: “This was the announcement lol?” one doubting fan wondered sarcastically, illustrating that even the most hyped-up reveal will not evoke ecstasy in everyone.
