Recently, a fresh take by Erica Banks set the entire Internet ablaze-some just will not have this one! In the now-viral video on Instagram, the Dallas-raised artist puts forth her take on this widely discussed topic of studs versus men. And so her take has people rushing to depute opinions warmer than a Texas Summer in the comments.

Banks chuckles heartily while laying down what she is thinking. “I used to wonder too, as a teenager like, why I like Sizz,” she says, referring to studs. “If you actually get the real thing, right?” But now? She claims to know better: “It feels the same, y’all. It don’t feel different,” she says, before repeating strongly one more time, “I promise y’all it does.”
Banks continued to explain further, saying that women relate on a deeper energy type of level-well, they are women. “We can connect differently than I would with a man,” she said, suggesting that in making love, a stud can still bring the sort of energy a man would give. Then came, “My mom would shake the head. She knows I get down.”
There they go. The caption read: “STUD VS MAN 😭😭😭 Do yall AGREE? Meet me in the comments 🌚 #fyp,” and the post soon turned into a war zone. While some followers agreed, others insisted, “Yessss yall it feel the same if u buy the right oneeee,” thus allowing hundreds to comment in the style of, “Women take time to please a women vs a man.” But some were naysayers. “Ain’t nothing like the real deal,” said one; to which someone else answered with, “And that’s with everything in life!!!”
Now, let us hear from some of the doubters: “How it feels the same if one actually has to go up and down and one never go down?” with the laughter pictured. Someone else said, and we are not sure how to take this, “I bet it ain’t got that heartbeat and it don’t do that lil jump when a niggah cumming.”
Even Banks’ personal life came into discussion. “Wym your first and last stud😂 why yall be letting these women play with yall like that,” teased one in reference to her saying that this was her “first silly (translation: first experience with a stud).” Others, meanwhile, accused her of stirring the pot for views. “I hope you just said all that for view because nawl they could never be us,” one critic fired off.
But the plain fact remains that Banks knows exactly what she was up to. The rapper known for her unorthodox revelations and viral moments has never been afraid of controversy. Speak with her bars or speak with her truths (or opinions, in this case), she’s never left out of the conversation. This time around? A smash hit.

One thing for sure as the discussion goes: Erica Banks will never stop saying what’s on her mind, even if it means dragging her mother into the mix. And honestly, we wouldn’t want it any other way.
