The hit song from Zedd, Maren Morris and Grey is getting new life on TikTok, thanks to a new “retro” / throwback trend.

The trend sees TikTokers recording themselves lip-syncing to the 2018 hit, applying a “Retro Burst” or similar filter to create a series of photos in between that users are calling a throwback effect, similar to ones used a decade ago on social media.
The song itself went from having 50,000 videos using the song to 1.2 million by mid-December. It’s a huge trend!
