Jason Bateman is addressing his relationship with his sister, Justine Bateman.
The 56-year-old Arrested Development actor recently spoke out in an interview for Esquire, out now.
During the conversation, she addressed where things currently stand with the 59-year-old Californication actress and filmmaker, who has made headlines over the years with her political beliefs.

“My sister and I don’t see each other a ton,” he admitted.
“There isn’t the typical ‘We see each other every Thanksgiving or every Christmas and our kids want to be together.’ There isn’t that. In a great way,” he continued.
“Our conversations are the rich conversations you would have with an adult friend, not the kind of petulant back-and-forth you might have with your adult sibling. We hang out, and we’re nice to each other because we respect one another as individuals regardless of the blood thing. I’m seeing her for lunch next week.”
While she hasn’t explicitly said how she voted, Justine seemingly celebrated Donald Trump‘s 2024 presidential election victory last November, as well as Elon Musk‘s takeover of X, saying it was taking the air out of the “Woke Party balloon.”
Jason, meanwhile, endorsed Kamala Harris in the 2024 election.
