Mandy Moore has a new series in the works!
On Friday (December 5), it was announced that the 41-year-old Emmy-nominated actress is set to lead the upcoming erotic thriller series titled Teach Me, which is currently in development at Peacock.
Keep reading to find out more…According to Variety, the series is said to be about “a teacher wielding power over an impressionable but unreliable student, and what happens when that student becomes the teacher,” per the official logline. “A fun, twisted cat-and-mouse game that explores the blurred lines between sex, power and addiction.”
Lisa Rubin – who created the Netflix thriller series Gypsy starring Naomi Watts – will be writing and producing Teach Me.
Along with starring in the series, Mandy will also serve as an executive producer.
Mandy‘s casting in Teach Me comes after it was announced in August that she will be reuniting with This Is Us creator Dan Fogelman for a new Hulu football drama series!
