Everything Delish’s Jamie Milne’s family is growing!
The food influencer, 32, is pregnant and expecting her second baby with her husband Brandon, a rep for Milne confirms to PEOPLE. The couple, who is already parents to son Jack, 18 months, will welcome their newest addition in 2026.
This pregnancy is extra sweet for the couple, who experienced a chemical pregnancy in February before learning they were expecting again. Milne also struggles with endometriosis, which she’s been open about on her social media pages.
“When I was first diagnosed with stage 2 endometriosis almost three years ago, I realized how little I actually knew about what the condition can look like,” Milne tells PEOPLE. “Endometriosis shows up differently for everyone, and my own journey hasn’t been straightforward.”

“What has helped me most is learning as much as I can, because I truly believe that knowledge is power. By sharing my experience on Everything Delish, I hope to empower women and help them understand that endometriosis is complex and often misunderstood, as it’s so much more than just a ‘painful period,’ ” she continues. “While it brings real challenges, it’s not a sentence about your future or your fertility. Support, education and finding hope are everything when it comes to navigating our own journeys!”
Because Milne experienced a chemical pregnancy earlier this year, she says telling her husband, Brandon, that she is expecting again was particularly special.
“This second time around, I was in such shock the moment I saw the positive test that I screamed and made him rush into the bathroom with me! At first we were both stunned, especially after experiencing a chemical pregnancy, which is a very early miscarriage, back in February,” she explains. “But the shock quickly turned to pure joy, and we are both over the moon with excitement!”
“My husband has been the most incredible support during this pregnancy (as always), especially while I was dealing with so much sickness in the first trimester,” continues Milne. “One of our favorite things to do together is cook and enjoy a good meal, and he’s been making all of my favorite pregnancy cravings, which is definitely his best way of spoiling me. I feel so lucky to have a partner who is as excited, supportive and hands-on as he is!”

Speaking of her cravings, Milne shares that she’s been wanting everything from her favorite breakfast to Taco Bell.
“So many cravings! In the first trimester, I couldn’t get enough carbs, and I craved mac & cheese,” says Milne. “These days, I’m loving my all-time favorite breakfast: sourdough toast topped with cottage cheese, sliced tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper (I eat this every single morning!)”
“I’ve also been craving everything from Taco Bell and McDonald’s to a full-on steak dinner, which is definitely an upgrade from the first trimester!” she adds.
As for her son Jack, Milne says he can’t wait to become an older sibling. “Our son is so excited!” she tells PEOPLE.
“Even though he’s only 1½, it’s the sweetest thing to watch him point to my stomach and say, ‘baby!’ with the biggest smile on his face,” says the proud mom.

While she’s been settling into her second pregnancy, Milne explains that it’s been quite a different experience than her first time around.
“This pregnancy has been completely different from my first. For one, I’m chasing after a toddler now, so the long stretches of ‘me time’ I had the first time around are definitely a distant memory,” she says.

“With Jack, I barely had any first-trimester symptoms; however, this time I was so much sicker. It’s been a whole different experience, just with a lot more running around and a lot less downtime!”
Thinking ahead to the next few months, Milne says she can’t wait to watch her two little ones bond.
“We’re so excited to watch our son Jack step into the role of big brother,” she shares. “I grew up with a younger sister, and I still remember those early years so vividly. Knowing how special that bond was for me makes me even more excited for Jack to have his own version of it!”
