Sofia Coppola Gets Support from Husband Thomas Mars, Their Daughters, & Famous Friends as She’s Honored at MoMA’s Film Benefit 2025!


Sofia Coppola is being honored!

The 54-year-old Academy Award-winning writer, director, and producer was celebrated at the Museum of Modern Art’s 2025 Film Benefit, presented by Chanel, on Wednesday night (November 12) held at the MoMA in New York City.

Joining Sofia at the event was her husband Thomas Mars and their two daughters Romy, 18, and Cosima, 15, along with her brother Roman Coppola and their cousin Jason Schwartzman.

Stars in attendance included Elle Fanning, Lupita Nyong’o, Josh Hartnett, Rose Bryne, Bill Murray, David Letterman, Olivia Wilde, Fala Chen, and Derek Blasberg.

During the event, Elvis Costello took to the stage for a performance.
