Selling the OC has an official premiere date for its fourth season on Netflix, as well as a brand new trailer!
The Selling Sunset spinoff show has a big cast shakeup coming, with five past cast members exiting. The trailer has confirmed that there are new faces joining the team as well.

Jason Oppenheim, Alex Hall, Polly Brindle, Tyler Stanaland, Gio Helou, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Fiona Belle, are all returning, with Ashtyn Zerboni and Kaylee Ricciardi joining the crew.
One memorable moment in the trailer comes when Tyler and Alex sit down and have a teary moment, where he says he’ll always love her. They faced a lot of affair rumors, if you recall.
The OC agents are back and ready to establish their office as the top brokerage within the Oppenheim Group. As the competition heats up for some high-stakes listings, some may get burned as devastating rumors divide the team. While the office gets busier, Jason enlists agents from San Diego, but will the OGs of the OC let the new agents sink or swim?
