The former tennis player, 57, and the political risk analyst, 34, announced they are expecting their first child together in June.

The pair jetted off to Portofino in Italy, where they stayed at Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, ahead of welcoming their baby, and Boris shared an array of snaps on Instagram on Sunday.

In the snaps, Lilian displayed her baby bump as she sunbathed in a dark green high-neck swimsuit, which featured a sheer crochet top section.

She looked radiant as she posed with husband Boris, who placed a hand on his wife’s bump, with the backdrop of the sea and a luxury yacht.

Boris captioned the snaps: ‘We follow the light… Enjoying the last rays of sunshine ☀️Happy Sunday!!!’

Elsewhere the couple were seen enjoying a lavish meal with stunning views, as well as going for a dip in the pool.

Boris, who currently lives in Milan with Lilian, has been married twice before and has four children in total.

He welcomed his firstborn, a son named Noah Gabriel, now 30, in 1994 with his wife Barbara Feltus. Their second child, Elias Balthasar, was born in 1999.

The ex-couple separated after Boris had a one-night stand with Russian model Angela Ermakova during an encounter at London restaurant Nobu the same year.

Boris and Barbara’s divorce was finalised in 2001 after agreeing on a £10million settlement.

His second marriage to Dutch former model Lily Kerssenberg also ended acrimoniously when the pair split after nine years in 2018.

Boris has since found love again with his now-wife, Lilian, and they tied the knot in front of 150 guests during a lavish, three-day wedding in Portofino last September.

In a recent interview with The Sunday Times, Boris spoke lovingly of his wife, whom he met through friends in 2018 in Frankfurt and started a relationship the following year.

He told the publication: ‘She is obviously a very attractive woman, but I felt that from the first day we had lunch together alone, we had this instant intellectual connection.

‘Even though she’s 20 years younger, I feel like she has an old soul, and I like to think my soul is a bit younger, so we met in the middle.

Lilian also stood beside Boris when he became bankrupt and was jailed for fraud, as he revealed to the publication: ‘I was a little bit surprised that women still stay with you if you have nothing. I didn’t experience that much before.’

Last year, it emerged that Boris is no longer bankrupt after seven years, as a High Court judge said he had done ‘all that he could reasonably do’ to meet his financial obligations.

The German tennis legend was declared bankrupt in 2017, owing creditors £42million over an unpaid loan of more than £3million on his estate in Mallorca.

Later on, Boris’s representatives said the former BBC commentator has settled with his trustees.

While bankruptcy orders end after a year in England and Wales, a judge suspended the automatic discharge of the order in 2018, due to Boris ‘failing to comply with his obligations’.

But in April 2024 at the High Court in London, lawyers for Boris asked a specialist bankruptcy judge to lift the suspension, arguing he had done ‘the best possible he is capable of doing’ to meet his obligations.

On April 24, his suspension was lifted, and his bankruptcy automatically ended.

The tennis great previously served time in prison for hiding £2.5million pounds worth of assets and loans to avoid paying off debts.

He served time at HMP Wandsworth and Category C Huntercombe Prison near Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire.

He was released in December 2022 and deported to his native Germany.
