TMZ reports that police were called to Max‘s home while he was live streaming at home, during which he allegedly got violent with his mom.

The mother told cops that Max “heavily abuses inhalants” and that they had an argument that evening over her phone, with him trying to take it from her. She says he had consumed nitrous oxide before the incident.

Max‘s mom told cops that he “chased her outside into her neighbor’s backyard, pushed her to the ground and kicked her in the thigh.” She thankfully did not suffer any serious injuries.

TMZ has a recording of the live stream.

Max was arrested and was released on Wednesday after posting $1,000 bond.

Two years ago, Max claimed that someone was impersonating him on Instagram when his account posted a reaction to Demi‘s new relationship.
