• National Enquirer has obtained an amended complaint from Priscilla Presley’s former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, in their $50 million breach of contract lawsuit against Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, which was filed on Tuesday.
• The complaint says that after Lisa Marie’s sudden death in January 2023, “the entire Presley family clamored for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using Plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators” — and Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, father to her 17-year-old twins Harper and Finley, was one of them.
• Lockwood (married to Lisa Marie from 2006 to 2021) told Kruse Travolta’s wife Kelly Preston was unable to bear her own kids and Lisa Marie- a family friend- donated her eggs before their daughter Ella and son Jett were born. It is not clear if Lisa Marie’s eggs produced a child.
• The Travoltas approached the Presleys again in 2010, a year after their son Jett’s death from a seizure at age 16. However, Lockwood claims that Travolta said he no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want “eggs with heroin” on them (referring to Lisa Marie’s opioid addiction).
• A deal was arranged where Riley Keough- Lisa Marie’s daughter- gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Benjamin, in November 2010. The arrangement required a ‘sign off’ from the Church of Scientology, which “heavily involved Priscilla’s oversight.”
• Riley, then 21, was given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 and $20,000 for the arrangement.
• Kruse and Fialko say the ‘secret grandchild’ resides in Florida and was never acknowledged by Priscilla and Lisa Marie. The Travoltas are based in Ocala, Florida.
• Lockwood wanted Kruse and Fialko to use the secret to orchestrate a settlement for him and his daughters during the estate battle.
• However, Priscilla’s son Navarone allegedly threw a tantrum and demanded that Lockwood keep Riley and Travolta’s son out of the press, since Priscilla promised him that he would be the only male musician in the family and would now be the ‘king.’ Kruse and Fialko also allege that Navarone, now 38, also demanded a multi-million-dollar settlement.
• Kruse and Fialko’s lawyer said in a statement in part: “Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint [and] is about revealing the truth […] and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family, despite being exposed to constant volatility.”
