Mariah Carey‘s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” has now spent a record-breaking 20th week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, taking back her record for longest-running No. 1 on the chart ever. She previously lost it to “Old Town Road” by Lil Nas X in 2019. It was then tied by “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” by Shaboozey.
“Humbly taking back the torch!! 20 weeks at #1,” she wrote on Instagram. “I’m so grateful ❤️”

Billboard: You’ve got an incredible career, obviously, 19 No. 1s, but to then have this record with “One Sweet Day,” and then it was taken from you for a second.

Billboard: So how did you feel in that moment with Lil Nas X, and then, of course, Shaboozey ended up, you know, breaking the record for the time that it did.
